Dr. Pankaj Satija, MD, is a quadruple board-certified neurologist and interventional pain medicine specialist based in Houston, Texas. He holds certifications in Neurology, Pain Medicine, Headache Medicine, and Brain Injury Medicine. He practices at Houston Neurology Clinical & Diagnostic Consultants and at the Pain and Headache Centers of Texas .

He earned his medical degree from Topiwala National Medical College, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India, in 1998. Following this, he completed his residency in Neurology and pursued fellowships in interventional pain management and headache management at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Satija specializes in treating chronic pain conditions, including back pain, headaches, brain injury, and complex regional pain syndrome. His approach emphasizes functional rehabilitation and improving patients’ quality of life through comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
