Dr. Leonard Kibuule
Dr. Leonard Kibuule, MD, FAAOS is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in the treatment of complex spinal conditions. He has specific expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery, adult scoliosis, spinal deformities, and motion-preserving procedures.
Dr. Kibuule has been actively involved in spine research, contributing to publications, book chapters, and presentations on topics including adolescent low back pain, lumbar stenosis, and cervical disc replacement. He has shared his work through leading institutions and professional organizations such as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
With a background in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Kibuule has also helped advance spinal technology, collaborating on the development of innovative surgical tools and robotic-assisted techniques. He is passionate about surgeon education and regularly trains physicians nationwide in modern, minimally invasive approaches.
He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member of the North American Spine Society. Dr. Kibuule has also been recognized multiple times as one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and traveling.
Dr. Clifton Hancock, MD, FAAOS is a highly regarded orthopedic spine surgeon affiliated with Texas Regional Clinic Surgeons in Houston, Texas. He specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of spine conditions, including disc herniations, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, fractures, radiculopathy, myelopathy, degenerative disc disease, and sacroiliac joint disorders. His surgical expertise spans the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, as well as SI joint procedures.
Dr. Hancock is committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care. He takes time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options, empowering patients to take an active role in their care and decision-making process.
He began his academic journey at the University of Colorado, earning both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Biology. He then completed a combined MD/MBA program at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Following medical school, he pursued orthopedic surgery residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, completed in 2016, and went on to complete a spine surgery fellowship at the Texas Back Institute in 2017.
Since completing his training, Dr. Hancock has built his career serving patients across Southeast Texas and joined Texas Regional Clinics in 2022, where he continues to provide advanced spine care to the Houston community.

Dr. William Hadnott III, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and went on to complete both his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hadnott serves as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston, where he is actively involved in education and training.
He maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Houston Medical Forum, and the Alamo Orthopedic Society, reflecting his ongoing commitment to staying current with advancements in orthopedic care.
